Our bills fall due after 45 days from the date of receiving invoice.
OUR SERVICE CHARGES ARE 8.33% OF ANNUAL CTC (COST TO THE COMPANY) OF THE CANDIDATE PER ANNUM.
Should a candidate fail to join / prove unsuitable within 60 days of joining your organization, we undertake to replace the candidate (With the same discipline & position) free of cost, provided we are informed within the 60 days period in writing and the candidate ceases to be on your rolls within this period as well.
Service Charges remain the same irrespective of the method of selection adopted.
All fare reimbursements to be paid to candidate called in from outstation locations as per your rules and TA/DA and hotel expenses for one executive from our organization in case, we are required to conduct interviews in another city, naturally these costs are incurred after prior discussion with you.
In case of contractual staffs, All payments to be made in favor of Sim Ann Corporate Services , payable in New Delhi.
Our service charges are also due immediately and required to be paid within 45 days, if candidate, represented by the Sim Ann Corporate Services will join your organization directly or indirectly within 6 months, once the profile is rejected by your reputed organization.
We are open to discuss the said terms & conditions mutually.
